Chloé Marie Burk is a French- American artist who has been living between Texas, Montana & New Mexico.

Appreciative of nature and the landscape of the West, Burk’s work is founded on simplicity but detailed and colorful pictures.

Burk has been crafting and making art since a young age. After an education/career detour studying fashion in London and Paris and working for Christian Dior Couture alongside with John Galliano for a couple of years, she decided to dedicate herself to her first passion, painting.

Growing up in the country side of France, in an artistic and artisan family, riding horses, her work is inspired by her childhood. Country living and a simple way of life. Especially attracted to the history of the American West, Burk’s work has been finding its true purpose in keeping the Old West and its ways alive through her paintings.

Burk is a self-taught artist who is interested in depicting and honoring the people and land of the Old West with a folk eye and a modern touch.

She is now represented by the prestigious Parsons Gallery of The West in Taos, New Mexico, since 2018 where you can find her oil paintings.
